Thanksgiving Living I love Thanksgiving Day, My family as long as I can remember travel all over to be with each other .We take turns yearly to prepare THANKSGIVING for one another. As a believer in Christ I wonder why we really needed to set aside a day to remind people to give thanks to our “good Father.” Why don’t we practice thanksgiving living? Are our lives too busy or do we just think that all that we have is a result of our own doing? We read in Scripture time and again, “O give thanks to the LORD” (1 Chronicles 16:34; Psalm 105:1; 106:1; 107:1; 118:1), yet we lose sight of our “good Father” and His provision for our lives. We might say a blessing over our meal giving thanks for the food, but do we say a blessing over our day, giving thanks for it? From experience I know that beginning my day with giving thanks unto the Lord makes for a better day because I have a better attitude. Let’s start over with the main FOCUS of Thanksgiving “our blessed Father GOD “ You should find a thanksgiving everyday .
